Banana Chia Honey Milk Pudding

A creamy, naturally sweet pudding that’s perfect for breakfast, a healthy snack, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 teaspoons local honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 teaspoons chia seeds (2 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, mash the banana until smooth.
  2. Add the milk, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir well to combine.
  3. Mix in the chia seeds and stir thoroughly.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight.
  6. Once thickened into a pudding-like consistency, stir and serve.
