2-Ingredient Slow Cooker Beer Bread

Warm, fluffy, and unbelievably easy — no oven needed! If you’ve got self-rising flour and a can of beer, you’ve got bread!

You’ll need:

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 (12 oz) can of beer

How to make it:

Mix flour & beer until just combined (lumpy is fine!)

Grease or line your slow cooker with parchment

Add dough to the slow cooker

Cover & cook on HIGH for 1.5–2 hours, until firm

Let cool before slicing for clean, perfect cuts
