Hollow out your sub rolls by cutting a “V” shape out of the top.
Spray inside and out with butter spray (or brush with melted butter), then sprinkle with Lawry’s Garlic Seasoning.
Place rolls on a baking sheet and lightly toast at 400°F for 5 minutes (optional but recommended)
Fill rolls with saucy spaghetti, top with mozzarella (and parmesan or provolone if using)
Bake at 450°F for 7–10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden and buns are crisp.
Cool slightly, slice if needed, and devour.
