Ingredients (3 Simple Ingredients)
- 2 racks pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
(Optional: salt, pepper, garlic powder for extra flavor)
Instructions
1. Prep Ribs
Remove membrane from back of ribs (for tenderness). Season lightly if desired.
2. Add Flavor
Rub brown sugar evenly over ribs, then coat with BBQ sauce.
3. Wrap in Foil
Wrap ribs tightly in aluminum foil to seal in juices.
4. Slow Cook
Place foil-wrapped ribs in slow cooker.
- Low: 7–8 hours
- High: 4–5 hours
5. Optional Finish
For sticky caramelized ribs, broil in oven for 5 minutes after cooking.
6. Serve
Unwrap carefully and serve hot with extra BBQ sauce.
