Ingredients:
- 2 steaks of your choice
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steaks to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the bourbon to the skillet and let it simmer for a few minutes to cook off the alcohol.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Let the sauce simmer and thicken for about 5 minutes.
- Place the steaks back in the skillet and spoon the haunted bourbon garlic cream sauce over them.
