Ingredients
- 1½ lbs sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
- 4–5 medium russet potatoes (peeled & cubed)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped green onions or parsley
Instructions
Layer the Potatoes
Place cubed potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add Steak & Seasoning
Top with steak cubes, onion, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add Liquids
Pour beef broth and cheddar cheese soup evenly over the mixture.
Cook
Cover and cook:
- LOW: 6–7 hours
- HIGH: 3–4 hours
Add Cheese
During the last 20–30 minutes, sprinkle shredded cheddar on top. Cover and allow to melt.
Stir & Serve
Gently stir before serving and garnish if desired
