Ingredients
- 1½ lbs frozen or fresh meatballs
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet brown gravy mix (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Add potatoes and onion to the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Place meatballs on top.
- In a bowl, mix broth, gravy mix, garlic powder, seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour mixture over meatballs and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Stir gently before serving.
Optional: Sprinkle shredded cheese on top during the last 10 minutes.
