Slow Cooker Meatballs & Potatoes (Hearty Family Style)

 Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs frozen or fresh meatballs
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled & cubed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

 Instructions

  1. Add potatoes and onion to the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Place meatballs on top.
  3. In a bowl, mix broth, gravy mix, garlic powder, seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour mixture over meatballs and potatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  6. Stir gently before serving.

Optional: Sprinkle shredded cheese on top during the last 10 minutes.
