Ingredients
2 lbs sirloin steak or chuck steak, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika (optional)
4 tbsp butter, cut into cubes
5 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Optional Add-Ins
1 tbsp soy sauce (extra depth)
Fresh parsley, for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Add to slow cooker
Place steak bites into the slow cooker.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2️⃣ Garlic butter magic
Scatter butter cubes and minced garlic over the steak.
Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire.
3️⃣ Slow cook
Cover and cook:
LOW: 4–5 hours
HIGH: 2–3 hours
Steak should be tender and juicy, not dry.
4️⃣ Finish & serve
Gently stir to coat steak in garlic butter sauce.
Garnish with parsley if desired.
