12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or bowties work best)
1 bottle (16 oz) creamy Italian dressing
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter (optional, extra richness)
Optional Add-Ins
Cooked chicken or sausage
Spinach or broccoli
Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Add to Slow Cooker
Add uncooked pasta to the slow cooker.
Pour in creamy Italian dressing and chicken broth.
Add butter if using. - Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 2–2½ hours, stirring once halfway, until pasta is tender. - Make It Creamy
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. - Serve
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Tips
Stir once to prevent sticking.
If pasta absorbs too much liquid, add a splash of warm broth.
