Ingredients
2 lbs (900 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, cubed
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
Add cream cheese cubes on top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6β7 hours or HIGH for 3β4 hours, until chicken is tender.
Shred or serve whole and stir well so the sauce becomes creamy.
