Ingredients:
1kg chicken mince2litres chicken stock3 cans of creamed corn2 cans of corn kernelsA few sticks of celery2 carrots2 tablespoons of soy sauce1-2 teaspoons of minced garlic1-2 teaspoons of minced ginger2 teaspoons of seasame oilSalt and pepper
Method:
I cooked the mince in a frying pan first and declumped it then threw everything in except for the 2 minute noodles. Cover and cooked on low for 6 hours. Noodles went in during the last hour.
