Ingredients
- 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 8 oz cream cheese (cubed)
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
Optional:
- ½ cup cooked rice
- ½ cup crushed crackers (for topping)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Lightly grease the slow cooker.
- Add broccoli to the bottom.
- Top with cream cheese cubes and shredded cheddar.
- In a bowl, mix soup, milk, and seasonings.
- Pour mixture evenly over broccoli.
- Cover and cook:
- Low: 3–4 hours
- High: 2 hours
- Stir gently before serving.
- Add cracker topping during last 20 minutes if desired.
