Slow Cooker Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Optional:

  • ½ cup cooked rice
  • ½ cup crushed crackers (for topping)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the slow cooker.
  2. Add broccoli to the bottom.
  3. Top with cream cheese cubes and shredded cheddar.
  4. In a bowl, mix soup, milk, and seasonings.
  5. Pour mixture evenly over broccoli.
  6. Cover and cook:
    • Low: 3–4 hours
    • High: 2 hours
  7. Stir gently before serving.
  8. Add cracker topping during last 20 minutes if desired.
