Slow Cooker Apple Crisp

6 medium apples, peeled and sliced

1 cup old-fashioned oats

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp salt

Toss apple slices with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a sprinkle of brown sugar, then place in the crockpot. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, salt, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle the topping over apples.

Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 5–6 hours until apples are soft and topping is golden and crisp.

Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
