Simple Slow Cooker Chicken Spaghetti


Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts, 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles (undrained), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, ½ onion (diced), 2 tsp minced garlic, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, 4 oz cream cheese (diced), 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1 package (16 oz) spaghetti
Instructions:
Place chicken, diced tomatoes, both soups, onion, garlic, and seasoning into the crockpot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours until the chicken is tender.
Shred the chicken and return it to the crockpot. Add cream cheese and shredded cheddar, then cook on low for 20-30 minutes until melted.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
Stir cooked spaghetti into the crockpot, mix well, and serve hot. Enjoy! 😋
