Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any grease.
- Add the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water; simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, and salsa. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the green chiles and half of the shredded cheeses.
- Stir in the cooked, seasoned beef until fully combined.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly around the edges.
- Add optional toppings like green onions, jalapeños, or tomatoes.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, sliced veggies, or crackers.
