* Meatball boats *

*INGREDIENTS :°125g bread dough°300g minced beef°4 fresh eggs°olive oil°salt pepper*PREPARATION :1Preheat the oven to 200°C.2Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface.3Cut it into two discs of equal size.TECHNICAL MOVESHow to degerm garlic?4Shape the discs of dough in the shape of a “boat”.5Place a ball of aluminum foil in each hollow of the boats.6Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the loaves are lightly browned.7Take the loaves out of the oven and carefully remove the balls of aluminum foil.8Crack two eggs into the hollows of each loaf without breaking them.9Heat 1 tbsp. t olive oil in a skillet.10Cook the minced meat for several minutes.11Remove from the heat and divide into the hollows of the breads around the eggs.12Add salt and pepper.13Bake again for 10 minutes until the eggs are cooked.14Serve right out of the oven.Enjoy !
