Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits, cut into quarters
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken and Alfredo sauce. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
- Add the biscuit pieces and gently toss to combine.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
