Ingredients (ONLY 3!)
1 box gluten-free lemon cake mix
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat)
3 large eggs

Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease or line a loaf pan (8×4 or 9×5).
Mix batter
In a large bowl, combine:
Gluten-free lemon cake mix
Greek yogurt
Eggs
Mix until smooth and fully combined (about 1–2 minutes).
Bake
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 35–40 minutes, until the top is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely before slicing.
