Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Alfredo Tortellini

Ingredients:

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups tortellini (fresh or frozen)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic.
  5. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Add the cooked steak bites back to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  7. In a separate pot, cook tortellini according to package instructions.
  8. Drain and set aside.
  9. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat.
  10. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  11. Combine the cooked tortellini with the Alfredo sauce, mixing well.
  12. Serve the steak bites alongside the creamy Alfredo tortellini, and garnish with chopped parsley.
