crockpot whit chicken thighs and legs

Ingredients

2–3 lbs chicken thighs and drumsticks

1½–2 cups Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce

1/2 stick real butter, sliced

1 tsp ground black pepper (or to taste)

1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Place chicken thighs and drumsticks in the crockpot.

Season evenly with ground black pepper and garlic powder.

Pour BBQ sauce over the chicken, making sure all pieces are well coated.

Add butter slices on top of the chicken.

Cover and cook on LOW for about 6 hours, until chicken is tender and fully cooked.

Optional: For caramelized skin, transfer chicken to a baking sheet and broil for 3–5 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, corn, or over rice.
