Crockpot Smoky Garlic Butter Ranch Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (diced or shredded)
12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or shells work best)
½ cup butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained (or fire-roasted for extra depth)

Flavor Boosters:
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
½ tsp smoked paprika (for extra smoky flavor)

Cheeses:
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup smoked mozzarella (or cheddar, if preferred)

Seasoning & Garnish:
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions:
Prepare the Chicken: Place the diced or shredded chicken breast in the bottom of the crockpot.
Add the Pasta: Pour the uncooked pasta over the chicken.
Mix the Sauce: In a separate bowl, combine the butter, minced garlic, drained diced tomatoes, ranch seasoning mix, chicken broth, heavy cream, and smoked paprika. Stir until well mixed.
Combine: Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and pasta in the crockpot. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the pasta is tender.
Add the Cheeses: About 15 minutes before serving, stir in the grated Parmesan and smoked mozzarella until melted and creamy.
Season and Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as needed. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy this rich and comforting pasta dish!
