🥩 Ingredients
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 box (6 oz / 170 g) stuffing mix (chicken or herb flavor)
1½ cups chicken broth
1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
½ tsp paprika (optional)
½ tsp dried thyme or poultry seasoning (optional)
🍲 Instructions
Prepare the stuffing
In a bowl, mix stuffing mix with chicken broth.
Let it soak for 2–3 minutes until moist.
Layer the crockpot
Lightly grease the crockpot with oil or butter.
Spread the prepared stuffing evenly at the bottom.
Season the pork chops
Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme.
Add pork chops
Place pork chops directly on top of the stuffing.
Add soup layer
Spread cream of mushroom soup evenly over the pork chops.
Add onion and garlic if using.
Cook
Cover and cook:
LOW: 6–7 hours
HIGH: 3–4 hours
Pork should be tender and fully cooked.
Serve
Gently spoon stuffing onto plates and top with pork chops.
Spoon extra gravy from the crockpot over the top.
