Ingredients

2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

4 large russet potatoes, diced

1 onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

Spray the crockpot with cooking spray or use a liner for easy cleanup.

Add the diced potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the crockpot.

Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce, then place them over the potatoes.

Pour the beef broth over the mixture, cover, and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the steak is tender and the potatoes are soft.

Once done, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top, cover, and let it melt for 5 minutes.

Spoon sour cream over the dish and garnish with chopped green onions.

Serve hot and enjoy your hearty, slow-cooked steak and potato bake
