Ingredients:
2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuits (like Grands)
1 cup sliced pepperoni (I cut larger slices in half)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
How to make it: Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a bundt pan really well. Cut each biscuit into quarters. In a large bowl, toss the biscuit pieces with the pepperoni, mozzarella, melted butter, and Italian seasoning until fully coated. Pile everything into the bundt pan evenly. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the top is golden brown and cooked through. Let it cool for about 5 minutes, then flip it onto a plate. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve with warm marinara!
