Ingredients
- 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season pork chops:
Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. - Sear (optional but recommended):
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden. - Prepare sauce:
In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. - Assemble in slow cooker:
Place pork chops in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them evenly. - Cook:
- Low: 6–7 hours
- High: 3–4 hours
- Finish:
Spoon sauce over the pork chops before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
