Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops:
    Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Sear (optional but recommended):
    Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
  3. Prepare sauce:
    In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Assemble in slow cooker:
    Place pork chops in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them evenly.
  5. Cook:
    • Low: 6–7 hours
    • High: 3–4 hours
  6. Finish:
    Spoon sauce over the pork chops before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
