📋 Ingredients:
12 oz linguine pasta
1 lb lean ground beef
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 small onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth
2 cups heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped parsley for garnish
👩🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Add butter to the skillet. Sauté the diced onion until softened, then add minced garlic for 30 seconds.
4️⃣ Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in beef broth and heavy cream until smooth and slightly thickened.
5️⃣ Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Lower heat and add mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar, stirring until the sauce becomes creamy.
6️⃣ Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add linguine and toss to coat in the cheesy garlic butter Alfredo sauce.
