Ingredients°1.5 lb beef strips (I used sliced, round steaks cut into strips)°1 green pepper, cutting into thick slices°1 red bell pepper, cut into thick slices°1/2 thick sliced onion°1/4 tsp garlic powder°1 1/2 cup beef broth°1/4 tsp ground ginger°3 tablespoons soy sauce°1/4 tsp black pepper°2 tsp brown sugar°1 tablespoon cornstarchPreparationPlace the beef, peppers and onions in an electric pressure cooker.Add the season, brown sugar and soy sauce to the beef/peppers.Pour the beef stock into the instant pot.Mix.Add the lid and make sure it is tightly closed. Set the pressure to high for 15 min.When you are done for a quick release (or if you want the steak to fall apart, make a natural release)Remove the cover and press the Cancel button. Then switch the pressure cooker to Blown mode.In a small separate bowl, combine 1/4 cup cold water with a tablespoon of cornstarch together. Then mix the pepper steak mixture in the instant pan.Bring to a boil for 3 to 5 minutes until the sauce begins to thickeEnjoy!
