Cheesy Rotel Beef Pasta


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)

1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes (do not drain)

1 cup beef broth

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 cup heavy cream (or milk)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Optional: red pepper flakes or jalapeƱos for heat

Instructions

Cook Pasta
Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Brown Beef
In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned.
Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt & pepper.

Add Rotel
Stir in Rotel tomatoes and beef broth.
Simmer for 5 minutes.

Make It Creamy
Lower heat and stir in heavy cream.
Add cooked pasta and mix well.

Cheese Time
Sprinkle in shredded cheddar cheese.
Stir until melted and creamy.

Serve
Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot and cheesy!
