Biscuits & Gravy

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

6 tbsp cold butter

¾ cup milk

1 lb sausage

¼ cup flour

3 cups milk

Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, butter, and milk to form a dough. Cut biscuits and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 min.
  2. Cook sausage until browned. Add flour and stir.
  3. Slowly pour in milk and simmer until thick. Season with salt & pepper.
  4. Serve warm biscuits topped with creamy sausage gravy.
