Ingredients:2 c all-purpose flour2 c of granulated sugar3/4 c of unsweetened cocoa powder2 teaspoons baking powder1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda1 teaspoon of salt1 cup of milk1/2 cup vegetable oil2 large eggs2 teaspoons of vanilla extract1 cup hot waterGarnish ingredients:1 cup unsalted butter, softened3 1/2 cups of powdered sugar1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 cup of milk2 teaspoons of vanilla extracta pinch of saltPREPARATION:Preheat oven 350°F (180°C). Greased two 9-inch round cake pans also flour them.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.In separate mixing bowl, whisking buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.Adding wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until well combineGradually adding hot water to mixture and mix until well combinePour batter evenly into prepared cake pans.Bake for 35 minRemoving cake from oven and let it cool in the pans for 10 min.Removing cake from pans and let cool completely on wire racks.To preparing frosting, beating soft butter with an electric mixer until creamy.Gradually adding powder sugar, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla extract, also salt to butter, and beating until well combined and smooth.Freeze the cake once it is completely cold.Enjoy !
