Bang-Bang Burger Egg Rolls

What you need:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 pkg egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make it:
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
Drain excess fat and add diced onion.
Stir until onion is soft, about 3 minutes.
Mix in cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sriracha, salt, and pepper.
Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
Spoon filling onto egg roll wrappers and roll them up.
Heat oil in the skillet and fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serve hot and enjoy that crunch!

Optional / Notes:

  • Swap ground beef for ground turkey for a lighter option.
  • Add some chopped pickles for an extra zing!

  • Extra sriracha or ranch dressing for dipping!
