- 2 cups ground beef (cooked and seasoned)
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Tips for Success
- Cook pasta just until al dente to avoid sogginess
- Drain excess fat from the beef for a cleaner flavor
- Use a good-quality tomato sauce for richer taste
- Cover with foil for the first half of baking to keep moisture in
- Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a golden cheesy top
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook pasta sheets according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a pan, cook ground beef until browned, then mix in tomato sauce.
- Spread a layer of meat sauce in a baking dish.
- Place pasta sheets over the sauce, then add more meat mixture.
- Roll or layer the pasta with filling and place in the dish.
- Top generously with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
