Ingredients:
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups tortellini (fresh or frozen)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic.
- Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked steak bites back to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
- In a separate pot, cook tortellini according to package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Combine the cooked tortellini with the Alfredo sauce, mixing well.
- Serve the steak bites alongside the creamy Alfredo tortellini, and garnish with chopped parsley.
