Ingredients
12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or bowtie work best)
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup Italian dressing (bottled)
1 cup heavy cream (or milk for lighter)
1 cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan
1 cup cooked chicken (optional)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Add to slow cooker
Add pasta, chicken broth, Italian dressing, cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 1½–2 hours or HIGH for 45–60 minutes, stirring once halfway.
Add cheese
Stir in shredded cheese. Cover and cook another 10–15 minutes until melted and creamy.
Serve
Stir well and serve hot.
Tips (Important!)
Stir at least once so pasta doesn’t stick
If sauce thickens too much, add a splash of broth or milk
Pasta should be tender, not mushy—check early
Easy Variations
Chicken version: Add raw chicken cubes at the start (fully cooked by end)
Veggie version: Add mushrooms, spinach, or broccoli
Spicy: Add red pepper flakes
Creamy garlic: Add 1 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic
