Slow Cooker Ground Beef & Vegetable Gravy


🛒 Ingredients

1½–2 lbs ground beef

1 bag (16–20 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
(corn, carrots, peas, green beans)

2 packets brown gravy mix or onion soup mix

1½ cups beef broth (or water + bouillon)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

Salt (to taste)

Optional:

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon paprika

🍲 Instructions

Add ground beef
Place raw ground beef directly into the slow cooker (break it up slightly).

Add vegetables
Pour frozen mixed vegetables evenly over the beef.

Season & gravy
Sprinkle gravy mix, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and paprika over everything.

Add liquid
Slowly pour beef broth over the top (just like in the picture).

Cook

LOW: 6–7 hours

HIGH: 3–4 hours

Stir & finish
Stir well, breaking up beef completely. Taste and adjust salt.

With white rice or egg noodles

On toast or biscuits

Stuffed into baked potatoes
