Juicy Slow Cooker Chicken Breasts


Ingredients
2–3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth (or water)
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Optional for extra flavor
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, or rosemary)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Lightly grease the slow cooker with olive oil or spray.
Place chicken breasts in a single layer.
Sprinkle all seasonings evenly over the chicken.
Pour chicken broth around (not directly over) the chicken.
Add butter or drizzle olive oil on top.
Cover and cook:
LOW: 3–4 hours
HIGH: 1.5–2.5 hours
(Don’t overcook — that’s the key to juicy chicken!)
Check internal temp: 165°F / 74°C
Rest for 5 minutes before slicing or shredding.
