Ingredients
- 3–4 lb pork roast (shoulder or loin)
- 4–5 potatoes, peeled and chunked

- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Place potatoes, carrots, and onion in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season pork roast on all sides.
- Place roast on top of the vegetables.
- Pour chicken broth around the roast.
- Cover and cook:
