Tangy and Spicy Crockpot Hot Dog Chili Topping


Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (90/10 lean)
⅓ cup water
5 oz tomato sauce
½ cup ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp chili powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp onion powder (or minced onion)
Directions:
In a medium skillet, cook the ground beef with water over medium heat, breaking it up into fine crumbles. Drain any excess water or grease.
Transfer the beef to a crockpot and stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper, sugar, and onion powder.
Set the crockpot to LOW and cook for 2 to 2 ½ hours. Avoid lifting the lid while cooking.
Serve the hot dog chili over hot dogs, burgers, or fries, and enjoy!
