Ingredients:
- 1 bag (about 24 oz) frozen meatballs
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
Instructions:
- Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce until well combined.
- Pour the honey-soy mixture over the meatballs and stir to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, until meatballs are heated through and sauce is thickened.
- Serve warm as an appetizer, over rice, or with noodles.
Note:
For extra flavor, garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions before serving. Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat beautifully.
