CRISPY CHICKEN WITH CREAMY PASTA

INGREDIENTS➤ For the Crispy Chicken▪️ 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces▪️ 1/4 cup all-purpose flour▪️ 1/2 tsp salt▪️ 1/4 tsp black pepper▪️ 1/4 tsp garlic powder▪️ 2 tbsp olive oil➤ For the Creamy Pasta▪️ 8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, fusilli — your choice!)▪️ 2 tbsp butter▪️ 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)▪️ 1 1/2 cups milk (whole or 2% for extra creaminess)▪️ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese▪️ 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)▪️ Salt & pepper to taste✔️ INSTRUCTIONS➡️ 1. Boil the PastaBring salted water to a boil → cook pasta until tender.Before draining, save 1/2 cup pasta water.Drain and set aside.➡️ 2. Coat the ChickenMix flour + salt + pepper + garlic powder.Toss chicken pieces until fully coated.➡️ 3. Crisp the ChickenHeat olive oil over medium-high.Cook chicken 3–4 min per side until golden and cooked through.Remove and set aside.➡️ 4. Make the Creamy SauceMelt butter in the same skillet.Add garlic → cook 30 seconds.Whisk in milk and simmer 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.➡️ 5.
