β’ π° 6 cloves roasted garlic (or roasted garlic paste)

β’ π₯ 3/4 cup whole milk
β’ π§ 1 1/4 cups fresh grated parmesan

1οΈβ£ Boil the Pasta
Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente, drain & set aside.
2οΈβ£ Sear the Steak
Season with salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over mediumβhigh and sear for 3β5 mins until caramelized.
Remove and set aside.
3οΈβ£ Start the Creamy Garlic Base
Melt butter in the same skillet, add roasted garlic and mash lightly for deep flavor.
4οΈβ£ Make the Silky Parmesan Sauce
Add cream + milk and simmer 3β4 mins.
Whisk in parmesan until smooth, creamy & glossy.
Adjust salt + pepper to taste.

Add linguine + steak back to the pan and toss gently for full sauce coverage.
6οΈβ£ Finish & Serve
Top with parsley, cracked pepper, and chili flakes if desired.
