Ingredients
- 3 lbs of baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of sliced green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Place the halved baby potatoes into the crock pot.
- In a separate bowl, combine the heavy cream, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes in the crock pot.
- Add half of the crumbled bacon and half of the green onions to the crock pot, stirring to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top and cover to allow it to melt.
- Once cooked, serve topped with the remaining bacon and green onions.
