Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham Bake

Ingredients:
→ Main Players
3 cups cooked ham, diced
1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained (save ¼ cup juice)
→ Sweet and Tangy Glaze
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon or yellow mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
¼ cup reserved pineapple juice
¼ teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13‑inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce, pineapple juice, and ground cloves (if using) until fully blended.
Add the diced ham and pineapple chunks to the baking dish. Pour the glaze over the mixture and stir gently to coat everything evenly.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the glaze is bubbly and slightly caramelized around the edges.
Remove from oven, season with salt and pepper if needed, and serve hot. This dish pairs perfectly with rice, roasted veggies, or dinner rolls.
