Steak with Haunted Bourbon Garlic Cream Sauce


Ingredients:

  • 2 steaks of your choice
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
    Instructions:
  1. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steaks to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the bourbon to the skillet and let it simmer for a few minutes to cook off the alcohol.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Let the sauce simmer and thicken for about 5 minutes.
  6. Place the steaks back in the skillet and spoon the haunted bourbon garlic cream sauce over them.
  7. Serve the steaks hot with extra sauce on the side. Enjoy your spooky and delicious meal!
