Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, cubed
1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
Cube chicken, add to slow cooker
Add pineapple, bell pepper, teriyaki sauce
(Optional) Add garlic powder for extra flavor
Cover and cook on LOW 5–6 hrs or HIGH 3–4 hrs
(Optional) Mix cornstarch + water, stir in last 30 min to thicken sauce
Stir gently, serve hot over rice or noodles
