Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients:AdvertisementFor the Cheeseburger Filling:1 lb ground beef1 small onion, finely dicedSalt & pepper, to taste1 tbsp ketchup (optional)1 tbsp mustard (optional)1 cup shredded cheddar or cubed cheese (cheddar or American)For the Bombs:1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)2 tbsp butter, melted2 cloves garlic, minced2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)Instructions:Advertisement1. Cook the FillingIn a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onions until browned and fully cooked.Season with salt, pepper, and optional ketchup/mustard for that burger flavor.Drain any excess grease and set aside to cool slightly.2. Prep the BombsPreheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons of beef mixture into the center of each dough round.Add a small cube or pinch of cheese on top of the meat.3.
