Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Apples and Potatoes

Layer the Base:Place the sliced potatoes and onions evenly at the bottom of the slow cooker.2. Add Pork Chops:Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Lay them on top of the potatoes and onions.3. Top with Apples & Butter:Distribute the sliced apples over the pork chops. Add minced garlic and dot the top with butter pats.
