Mix well until combined. Shape into 1-2 inch meatballs.Cook the Meatballs:Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside.Prepare the Cheese Sauce:In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat, stir in the cheese until melted.
