I cut it into crumbs.Step 3:I stir garlic and onion to bacon fat and cooked in a skillet, stir constantly, for about 5 minutes, until soft.The fourth step:Then I easy added cabbage and continued to cook for other ten minutesFifth step:To steam the cabbage, I added bacon crumbs on top, 1/2 cup water as needed, salt and pepper to taste, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.Sixth step:Stirred, lowered heat and cooked for a few more minutes, or until liquid evaporated, continuing to stir at frequent intervals.Seventh step:If necessary, I tasted and re-seasoned it, and immediately served it.Remember, you have some carrots in the batter, which adds something special to the dish.Enjoy !
