Leave them aside to soak up the flavors while the potatoes are cooking.Mix a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of butter in a large frying pan and put it on a medium to high heat. While butter melts, adding potatoes. Cooking about 4 min, stir the potatoes and cook for another 4-5 minutes, until they are golden in color and cooked enough.
